This Privacy Policy explains how Upscaled Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202219997D) (“Upscaled,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you visit upscaled.com.sg (“Website”) or engage our services. We comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

We collect personal data you provide voluntarily and data automatically collected when you use our Website.
Voluntarily provided:
- Name, business name, email address, phone number when you submit a contact form, request a quote or strategy call.
- Information you share during consultations, audits, project onboarding or service delivery.
- Marketing preferences and communications you send us.
Automatically collected:
- IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page (collected via Google Analytics, Search Console and similar tools).

- Marketing opt-out – unsubscribe from marketing communications via the link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.
Requests will be addressed within 30 days. A reasonable fee may apply to access requests, in line with PDPA guidelines.
7. Data security
We implement reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No system is completely secure; we encourage you not to share sensitive information through unsecured channels.
8. Children
Our Website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe we have done so, contact our DPO and we will delete the data.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be notified through the Website or by email where appropriate.
